Land Use & Zoning

Land use and zoning help shape how Garden City grows over time. This division works to balance development, redevelopment, neighborhood compatibility, economic opportunity, and long-range community goals. 

Responsibilities include zoning administration, land-use planning, development review, ordinance updates, corridor planning, redevelopment strategies, and implementation of adopted planning policies.
