Redmond Avenue Manhole Rehabilitation
The City of Garden City has a project on Redmond Avenue to repair leaks along several sewer manholes between Varnadoe Avenue and Nelson Avenue beginning on June 22, 2026. Residents can expect lane closures and traffic disruptions during this time. The work is expected to last 45 days and be completed in the first week of August 2026. Residents should see no service disruptions during this time. Please use caution around work areas.
