Sanitary Sewer Easement Clearing & Easement Access Road Construction and Hwy 80 Driveway Construction
City of Garden City, GA

The City of Garden City, Georgia is seeking the services of a contractor to perform the following services:

  • Phase I - Sanitary Sewer Easement Clearing and Easement Access Road Construction services for various sewer line easements, owned by the City of Garden City, Georgia.
  • Phase II - Hwy 80 Driveway Construction including the construction of a new GA DOT approved paved driveway, the demolition and removal of existing driveway and culvert, ditch grading, site restoration, and other related work.

The selected contractor will perform all work necessary to complete the project as described in the scope of services.

A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 13, 2014, in the Training Conference Room of Garden City - City Hall, 100 Central Avenue, Garden City, Georgia 31405. In order for the City to provide the best information to all interested parties, any questions pertaining to this Request for Proposals should be submitted in writing to Brennan Jones (Brennan Jones Engineering Associates, LLC) at brennanjones@comcast.net no later than 5:00 p.m. August 25, 2014. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory, but encouraged.

The City will accept sealed proposals from qualified firms at Garden City, City Hall, 100 Central Avenue, Garden City, Georgia 31405 until 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 28, 2014. A total of three (3) hard copies of the proposal must be delivered to the attention of:
