Chatham County, the City of Savannah, and Garden City are all updating their Comprehensive Plans, and we need your input! Plan 2045 is a coordinated update to the Comprehensive Plans for the county and city. It reflects community values and sets long-term goals to guide growth and policy decisions over the next 20 years.
