Tree Protection and Landscape Requirements
The City of Garden City’s Tree Protection and Landscape Ordinance helps to ensure that as our community continues to develop, it will remain an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable place for people to live and work. All new development must conform to these regulations. A copy of the ordinance, example required site plan, and departmental compliance checklist are available online and in the office of the Department of Planning and Economic Development for review by citizens and developers.
